Rihanna Rumoured To Perform At Super Bowl 50 Alongside Coldplay & Beyonce

Rihanna is also rumored to be performing at Super Bowl 50 alongside halftime show headliners Coldplay and guest singer, BeyoncĂ©. Rihanna fans are eagerly awaiting the release of her much-anticipated album, Anti, and are hoping that news the record has finally dropped will be announced at Super Bowl 50.
Rumors that Rihanna will perform at the game began surfacing after a video was released that features Rihanna wearing a gold slip dress and strolling onto a football field. In the video, Rihanna faces off against NFL analysts Jim Nantz, Phil Simms, and James Brown, while none other than Stephen Colbert tosses a coin as he pretends to referee the confrontation.
After the coin-flip, Nantz tells Rihanna that “we go first,” and the singer tells the analyst that she is “worth the wait,” giving further speculation that the singer will drop her album Anti sometime soon. The video also seems to confirm that Rihanna will sing at the 2016 Grammy awards ceremony, as one side of the coin Colbert flips has a logo for Super Bowl 50, while the other side has the Grammy logo.
While in Paris, rumors have surfaced that Rihanna is practicing for her upcoming world tour which kicks off in February in San Diego. Like the album, the tour is also called Anti, giving further speculation that the album will drop before her world tour commences.
As of recently, Rihanna was still picking out songs for the album, which has experienced a number of delays. In a recent interview, “Diamonds” songwriter Sia mentioned she met with Rihanna, who wanted to hear more music for Anti. Sia said that Rihanna left with four songs, but Sia did not know if any would be included on Anti.
