Giovanni Caleb Also Quits YFM for Kwabena Duffuor and Bola Ray's EIB Network

Accra-based YFM’s presenter, Giovani Elolo Caleb has said goodbye to the Global Media Alliance-owned radio station, YFM. Giovani who hosts Late Night Celebrity Show on eTV quit the station on Tuesday.

Unconfirmed report has it that he will be joining Live 91.9 FM owned by Excellence In Broadcasting (EIB) Networks, the media company owned by former Finance Minister, Kwabena Duffuor, and Nathaniel Kwabena Anokye Adisi aka Bola Ray.



The EIB group, as earlier reported, on other media platforms across Ghana, have in 2015 acquired Vibe FM(now known as Live FM and GhOne TV). The group also owns other media powerhouses such as Starr FM, Empire FM, The Daily Heritage Newspaper and Ultimate FM.


His exit adds up to the growing list of presenters from YFM who, since the rebranding of Live FM, have joined EIB.
Earlier this year, YFM lost a few of its seasoned radio personalities to the EIB Network. Sammy Forson, Jay Foley, and Ms Naa Adzorkor Addo, with the later returning as General Manager for YFM. Also, the current Best Campus DJ, DJ Mingle, who was at YFM also left for EIB.

Before Giovani left YFM, he was the programs manager for Y 107.9 FM in Accra, Y 102.9 in Kumasi and Y 97.9 FM in Takoradi.
