How To Get Over Broken Heart





Heartbreaks are pretty much very painful and it  has been around since the inception of relationships. Here are a few tips on how to deal with a heartbreak incase you are unfortunate  enough to experience one;

DON'T BOTTLE THE PAIN IN
The first thing to do when you get a heartbreak is to let out the pain.You can cry,scream,write a letter
expressing your feelings or talk to a trusted person about it but no matter what you do;DO NOT KEEP IT IN!!!.Keeping the pain inside you only makes the pain worse.


STOP THE PITY PARTY
Most people who get a heartbreak tend to lie in bed always eating chocolate or ice cream wasting their lives away.But the best thing to do is to go out with some friends,go for walks or
exercise.These activities will help you out of your misery.


GET BUSY
Being idle during this period will only make things worse.Being idle and alone only give you time to brood over your heartbreak and cry more.It is advisible to start doing something you love during this period.Pick up cooking,dancing or anything that will keep you busy and your mind off your recent predicament.

DO NOT LISTEN TO SAD MUSIC
Try as much as possible not to listen to songs like Adele's "Someone like you" or Taylor swift's "I knew you were trouble".This songs will only push you deeper into your depression. Listen to upbeat songs only for at least 30 minutes a day and you will feel better in no time.
