The state of Ghana's energy crisis is so appalling that it has come to the notice of even the physically challenged. A mentally retarded man on Wednesday February 18, 2015, joined thousands of members of the New Patriotic Party who took to the streets of Accra to demonstrate against the NDC government's “poor” handling of the nation’s energy crisis among other “leadership failures”.
The man who seemed very enthused about the protest march had an interesting explanation for the reason behind the demonstration.
